CLASS REGISTRATION
Class bookings are taken in person or online for the in-Person Sunday Class. For Online classes (via Booking platform Book when). In person and online classes are limited to nine per class.
A place in class is only guaranteed by receipt of full payment. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Retreat bookings and retreat booking deposits are payable online (via Booking Platform Book when)
The Quest Yoga offer classes online (Via Zoom) and an In Person Class on a Sunday in Inner Therapy 42 South Main St. Naas, Co. Kildare W91 KAC1.
The Quest Yoga also hosts weekend and day retreats at various locations throughout Ireland.
CLASS SIZE
All Classes are to a maximum size of 9 students. The minimum number may vary depending on the class/retreat. However, if a class needs to be cancelled because of a lack of bookings we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible and to accommodate you in an alternative class. If that is not possible, we will refund you all fees paid. Our students’ age is over 16's only.
Retreat size classes vary between 10 to 20 per retreat.
STREAMING / ONLINE CLASSES
The Quest Yoga will do our absolute best to ensure everything runs smoothly with online classes. However, should we experience technical problems which prevent the live streaming you can join any other class. Should you have technical issues, we will do our best to facilitate you, if possible, with access to another online class.
MISSED CLASS POLICY
For those clients who are on a class bundle, you are very welcome to make up missed classes (subject to availability) within the same bundle by joining the next available online class. Missed class online replacements must be utilized during the block/bundle in which it occurred. Missed classes cannot be used as credit from one block/course/term to another.
No refunds are given for missed classes without prior, and advanced notice within cancellation policy conditions. (see cancellation policy below)
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STUDIO CLASSES
50% refund if cancelled 48-hours before class.
No refund if cancelled within 48 hours and no refund for no-show.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONE TO ONE CLASSES
No charge if rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to appointment.
50% refund if cancelled 48 hours before class.
no refund if cancelled within 24hour before class.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RETREATS
All residential retreats include a non-refundable administration booking fee of €100.
If you cancel your spot on a retreat 3 months (or more) prior to the start date of the retreat, the full cost of the retreat minus the €100 will be refunded.
Retreat weekend Fee’s must be paid in full 3 months before the Retreat.
Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
The Quest Yoga do offer a compassionate policy in that You can transfer or gift your spot to a friend or family member, just contact us with their details and we can register them.
BEFORE & DURING CLASS
Yoga is best practised on an empty stomach, or a light meal a few hours before class. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow yourself time to prepare before class and so as not to disturb others when class has begun. Shoes, bags, and personal belongings (including phones, switched to silent mode please) can be left securely outside of the Room.
Yoga is practised in bare feet. Please bring a non-slip mat to class, one can be made available if you do not have your own mat.
You may wish to have some Water with you for after class.
It is essential that you listen to your own body and only do what feels ok and good for you. lease know that you can stop at any time during class or leave any part or movement that does not feel right for you.
NEVER go into pain or instability during class. You should not perform any pose or posture that is straining or painful.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
You should consult a physician prior to enrolling to practicing yoga. Otherwise, you assume the risk of your own physical condition, your past and current medical issues/injuries/illnesses or medication that may affect your ability to take a class. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. You should not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the pose.
MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER
While The Quest Yoga Retreats do aim to provide a physical, mental, and emotional rest for guests I am not a mental health professional, nor do I offer specific professional, clinical, or therapeutic mental health provision or services.
The Quest Yoga recognise that some people whilst on retreat might reflect on their current mental health or reflect on past experiences and this, in some circumstances might be difficult or worrying.
We would encourage you to make an open and honest assessment about your mental health and whether a Retreat is the right thing at the right time for you and your mental and physical health.
It remains your sole responsibility to consult with the appropriate healthcare provider in case of an underlying medical condition, physical or mental before attending one of The Quest Yoga Retreat’s. One you have booked your reservation will fall under our normal booking terms and conditions.
By attending a The Quest Yoga Retreat, you hereby agree to hold The Quest Yoga harmless before any applicable court of law and waive your right to hold the same accountable for losses suffered from the proper or improper application of information, instruction, and offerings received and/or practiced.
